Limited Flex Enrollment Option for Returning Overnight Campers
We know many families combine Willoway with overnight camp to make the best summer ever. While our schedule aligns with many overnight camps, we have heard from several families that it doesn’t fit every schedule perfectly. That’s why we’re excited to offer a new, flexible option designed to help more campers enjoy the best of both worlds.
This summer, we’re saving a limited number of spots mainly during the second half of the season (July 13–August 7) for campers returning from overnight camp whose dates don’t fully align with ours. For example, if your camper returns home July 19, we’ll work with you to create a personalized schedule—like 3-weeks from July 20–August 7, including the second week of Session 2B and all of Session 2C.
Important Notes
- Space is limited, mainly during the second half of the season (July 13–August 7).
- Available only for campers returning from overnight camp.
- We are unable to offer this for campers participating in overnight camp sessions of less than 2 weeks.
- Minimum Willoway enrollment is 2 consecutive weeks.
- Group requests cannot be guaranteed for campers who join after a session has already begun (we will place campers where space allows).
- We are unable to prorate for vacations. Limited only to campers combining overnight camp and Willoway (we will ask for confirmation of overnight camp enrollment).
- Standard cancellation policies apply.
