The Willoway Ranch continues to be directed by its senior staff, Arnie and Lorraine Fisher, Jonathon Koenigsberg and Jason Rosen. As a leadership team, they combine years of practical experience with a youthful outlook and fresh perspectives in the guidance and direction of Willoway.

Camp staff is selected for warmth, maturity, ability and enthusiasm. Our staff is comprised of college students and teachers, including international staff members who offer a rich cultural and educational diversity to Willoway.

Extensive pre-camp workshops are held each summer to fully acquaint staff with the philosophy of Willoway Camp and its concern for the growth of its campers. Throughout the summer, in-service training assures the on-going development of our counseling team.
