Important Note -- WAITING LIST (updated 4/13/2024)
- Many age groups are on a waiting list basis depending on grade/session.
- We ask that you submit an application and deposit. We will review for space availability.
- If we do not have space in your desired session, we will contact you to discuss other sessions or place your camper on the waiting list.
- We are reviewing the waiting list regularly and will do our best to work all campers in to the Best Summer Ever!
- If we can’t offer a space, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Important Notes

- Express Shuttle Transportation: We offer centralized express shuttle transportation from a number of locations as well as an option to drop off and pick up from camp.
- We are unable to split sessions, substitute weeks or prorate for missed days.
If you find that you must cancel, our Willoway 2024 Cancellation Policy is as follows:
| Cancel enrollment before December 15, 2023 (no fee to change sessions, based on space availability) | No charge. Full refund. |
| Cancel enrollment between December 15, 2023 and March 31, 2024 (no fee to change sessions, based on space availability) | $100 per camper fee |
| Session cancellations (i.e., reduction in weeks) between April 1 and April 30, 2024 | $200 per camper fee |
| Session cancellations (i.e., reduction in weeks) between May 1 and May 31, 2024 | $300 per camper fee |
| Session cancellations (i.e., reduction in weeks) on or after June 1, 2024 | $500 per camper fee |
| Cancel after session has begun | No refund. |
